We became the single supplier of contractor who were working D-Mart’s Projects across multiple locations. Stock availability was the key — we always had the products ready. But what made us truly useful is that D-Mart’s distribution boards have a specific color code requirement, and we are one of the very few suppliers who understand this and can supply accordingly. If anyone else tries to supply, they either don’t have the right product or they don’t have the knowledge to get it right. We also make sure to guide them correctly — if someone suggests the wrong product, we step in and correct it.
