The Challenge
When a five-star hotel is being renovated, everything has to look perfect — right down to the electrical switches. The architect had selected very specific colors and markings for all the switches, and this was not something any regular dealer in Chennai could do. Standard products from the market just wouldn’t work here.
How We Delivered
Since we are an authorized stockist of Legrand, we were the only ones who could fulfill this kind of customization — specific color combinations, proper markings, and exact finishes as per the architect’s requirement. We also had the stock capacity to hold and supply these products without delays. There were two different contractors working on the same hotel, and we supplied to both of them. We also logged our project rates directly with the hotel owner, so everything was smooth and transparent throughout.
